Marketing Mavens Book a Blueprint — £497 Blueprint

Systemising Growth

Get two days a week back.

How?

We build the same connected system Mark uses to run Marketing Mavens. Wired into your emails, calendar and pipeline in six weeks. Stephanie clears two days a week off his own diary.

Not another consultant with a slide deck. A working growth system in six weeks, running against your real emails, calendar and pipeline.

Saved by Stephanie, Mark's own system

Trusted by Tide Bank, Deutsche Bank, STC and Scottish SMEs. Built in Glasgow. 12 years.

The problem

You're the growth ceiling. Everyone can feel it.

Every decision waits on you. So the business runs at your speed, and whatever pace you can hold this week is the pace of the whole company.

You bill by the hour but you're the one on Xero, on the enquiries, on the audits. The work that grows the business queues behind the work that runs it.

You've bought software that promised to fix this. It didn't stick. Nobody wired it into how the business actually works, so it became one more tab nobody opens.

Every week you don't fix this, the same three things happen.

A senior person burns a day on spreadsheets that should take twenty minutes. An enquiry that came in at 9pm gets a reply on Tuesday afternoon. And the growth idea you had in the shower on Monday stays in the shower.

None of it feels urgent enough on its own. All of it, together, is why you're still the ceiling.

The difference

What actually changes.

Four outcomes. Each one already running in a real business, with the numbers to show it.

Get your evenings back.

Owner-time recovery. Your knowledge, drafts and decisions handled by a system built around how you work. Stephanie clears Mark's inbox, drafts replies in his voice, and lifts calendar prep off his desk before 8am.

How: Founder System — the Stephanie pattern.

Answer every enquiry, even at 9pm.

Website chat and phone handled around the clock, qualified against your criteria, and dropped into your team's inbox already scored. Dr Riaz's conversion went from 2% to 25% after the chatbot went live.

How: Lead Generation System — chatbot, voice agent, CRM wired in.

Stop paying senior people to do spreadsheet work.

Your researcher, PM or ops lead was hired for judgement, not for CSV formatting. At The Lead Generation Company, a task that used to take two hours every day now takes six minutes. At MacGregor & MacDuff, a review of 500 orders that took 20 hours now runs in minutes.

How: Operations System — quote-to-cash, admin removal, one workflow wired properly.

Know what's happening without asking.

Nightly cash and pipeline check, meeting transcripts turned into task lists, anomalies flagged before they become fires. Jumeirah Group used to spend an hour every morning checking restaurant listings in trade magazines. Now it lands in the inbox ready in minutes, automatically.

How: Founder System (Stephanie pattern) plus Ops layer.

What you actually get

Six examples from real builds.

Concrete work that's already running. This is where most owners start. Once the system is wired in, it grows with the business — new workflows plug into what's already there.

1.5 hrs → 5 min

Follow-ups done before coffee.

After a full-day audit, the system reads the meeting notes, pulls context from your CRM and drafts fifteen tailored follow-ups in your voice. You approve, it sends.

2 hrs → 20 min

Weekly client reports, every client.

A recurring report that took two people an hour each now takes twenty minutes end to end. Same detail, cleaner layout, ready before the Monday meeting.

Live · nightly

Cash and pipeline check in your inbox before you get to your desk.

Xero and your CRM read overnight. Anomalies flagged. You wake up knowing which numbers need a decision, not which ones need chasing.

Same meeting

Static PDF becomes a working web tool.

A prospect's valuation document, previously a static PDF, was rebuilt as an interactive tool inside the same meeting. Under two hours. Prospect became a client that week.

14 days off → 0 backlog

Come back from holiday to a planned week.

Two weeks fully off-grid. On day one back, the system had read every email and meeting note from the fortnight, drafted a stalled proposal follow-up (which closed that day), and had the week planned before lunch.

£35,600 / year

Software audit that pays for itself.

One afternoon reviewing the tool stack. Three overlapping subscriptions cancelled. Add the four hours a week saved on inbox handling and the running total was £35,600 identified in year one.

These are starting points, not the ceiling. Once one workflow is wired in properly, the next takes a fraction of the time — and the system starts spotting the third for you.

The method

How we know it'll work before you spend on the Build.

TRACE — the audit method that stops broken processes getting automated. Five stages, one week.

Talk

A working session with you, not a form. Takes as long as it takes. Three questions do most of the work:

  • What manual task takes up the most time each week?
  • Where do errors happen most often?
  • Which process, if it ran without you, would give you back the most valuable time?

Record

We watch the process run in real life, with the person who actually does it. Written procedures describe the tidy version. Recording catches the workarounds, the copy-paste, the second spreadsheet nobody mentions.

Analyse

Fix it or wire it in — never both at once. A broken process running on AI just breaks faster and with better grammar. If the workflow needs redesigning first, we say so plainly.

Classify

Every step gets a RAG classification. Red stays human. Amber runs AI-assisted with human sign-off. Green runs on its own.

Engineer

We build it, wire it into the systems you already pay for, and train the people who use it daily. One workflow, finished, in production — not a pilot that lives in a folder.

The Classify document is what you keep at the end of the Blueprint. It's the deliverable — priced, RAG-classified, and yours whether you go on to a Build or not.

The Blueprint

£497 buys you the answer to "is this actually worth doing?"

One session with you, one week of watching your process run, one written audit that tells you exactly what to build and what to leave alone.

£497 + VAT

One workflow, audited properly, delivered in week one.

  • Talk session with Mark, as long as it needs to be
  • Record stage: we watch your process happen in real life
  • Written TRACE audit document with full RAG classification
  • A priced Build recommendation

It starts with a day. Mark comes into your business and works inside your actual systems. At the end of that day you have a written plan for what your version of Stephanie should do, which connectors she needs, and what she will save you.

If the plan makes sense to both of us, we build it together over the following weeks. If it doesn't, you keep the plan and we leave it there.

Three Builds this quarter. Build and governance retainer priced in the Blueprint document, based on the workflow we agree.

The £497 comes off your Build if you go on.

So the audit is either free (if we build it) or the sharpest £497 you'll spend this quarter (if we don't fit).

Proof

Seven pieces of work, named.

Global banks, a telecoms operator, a Scottish kiltmaker, a Dubai hotel group, and the system that runs our own agency.

The Lead Generation Company

B2B data operations

A 33-step lead build process, run by hand every week: CSV handling, +44 stripping, DNC lookups, spreadsheet formatting before anything reached a campaign.

2 hrs → 6 min
A daily task that took two hours now takes six minutes. Senior researcher's day moved off spreadsheets and onto campaign quality.

MacGregor & MacDuff

Scottish kiltmaker / retail

A customer-facing AI experience for Scotland's kiltmaker, plus the order-review process behind the counter, grounded in the retailer's actual product knowledge and tone of voice.

20 hrs → minutes
500-order review dropped from 20 hours to minutes, with every order shown. The update step itself now takes about 30 minutes. Live and answering customers at macgregor.mavens.marketing.

Jumeirah Group

Hotel group / Dubai

Every morning, someone read through trade and restaurant magazines checking listings by hand. An hour a day, before the real work started.

1 hr / day → 0
The daily hour-long listings check now runs automatically and sits in the inbox ready in minutes. Nobody opens a magazine to find out.

Tide Bank

Finance / fintech

Reviewed financial analysis workflows for practical AI application, in a regulated setting where a wrong number is not a rounding error.

A prioritised shortlist ordered by feasibility and value, not novelty. Evidence first, hype nowhere.

Deutsche Bank

Enterprise banking

Process work across legacy setups at global-bank scale, where nothing can be ripped out and replaced on a whim.

High-volume repetitive workflows mapped to RAG, with a clear read on where AI belonged as drafter, as validator, or nowhere at all. Additive, no rip-and-replace.

STC — Saudi Telecom

Telecoms / training

Structured AI training built on the operator's real internal processes rather than toy examples written for a slide deck.

Teams left able to spot their own candidates for wiring in, and to judge vendor proposals on merit. Working artefacts, not just slides.

Stephanie — internal PA

Internal proof — not for sale

Mark's own working system, running against email, calendar, ClickUp and meeting transcripts. It sweeps the inbox, applies labels, drafts replies for review, and creates client tasks. Meeting transcripts become next-step lists. Cash and pipeline get checked nightly. Model choice is routed by job — cheap for triage, premium only where it earns its place.

2 days a week
Proof that we build systems that survive contact with a real business — with cost control and human sign-off from the first line.

What it changes, in their words.

“Website was converting at 2%. After Marketing Mavens built the chatbot, that number moved to 25%.”

Dr Riaz — Autism and ADHD Diagnostic Centre

“A task that took one of our team an hour every day now takes seven minutes.”

Rachel — data company, Scotland

How it goes

Blueprint in week one. Build live inside seven.

Week 1

Blueprint delivered

Talk session, Record stage, then the written TRACE audit with every step classified Red, Amber or Green — and a priced recommendation.

Weeks 2–7

Build

One workflow engineered and wired into the systems you already run, with the team trained on it before we hand over. Weekly check-ins, no black box.

Ongoing

Governance retainer

Someone watching the system that now runs part of your business: monitoring, model changes, small extensions as the work shifts.

Build and governance retainer priced in the Blueprint document, based on the workflow we agree.

Who this is for, and who it isn't.

A good fit

  • A UK owner-led business, usually £500k–£5m revenue
  • You're in the operating detail more than you'd like to be
  • You've spent money on software that never stuck
  • You want one workflow properly wired-in rather than another dashboard to check

Not a fit

  • You want to buy software and configure it yourself
  • You want the cheapest option on the market
  • You want an offshore dev team by the hour
  • You want a rip-and-replace tech project, not a working system you can run

Questions owners actually ask.

Why £497 for an audit?

Because it's a proper piece of work: a working session with you, time spent watching your process run, and a written document with every step classified. Free audits are sales calls with a PDF attached.

And if you commission the Build, the £497 is credited against it. Paying for the audit costs you nothing if you proceed.

How is this different from an automation agency?

Most of that work is one-off: a single sequence built in isolation, disconnected from everything around it, quietly abandoned when someone changes a form field.

We build connected systems. The work is wired into the software you already run — your CRM, your accounts, your project board — so it moves with the business instead of sitting beside it.

What if my process is broken?

We tell you honestly in the Analyse stage. Then you fix it, or we redesign it with you, before anything gets wired in. AI running on a broken process just produces mistakes faster.

Do you tell us what you're building with?

Yes. We work in Make.com, Perplexity, Claude, ChatGPT and whatever else the workflow needs. The stack is named in the Blueprint document, along with what each piece costs to run. We don't hide it behind a badge with our logo on it.

Isn't this just ChatGPT with a fancier name?

Here's the test: if it only happens while you sit there, it's a prompt. If it happens without you, it's an agent.

ChatGPT is a prompt. Stephanie reading your inbox at 6am, drafting the reply, cross-checking it against your CRM and dropping it in your outbox for approval — that only exists because it's wired into the software you already run.

Won't the running cost spiral?

No, because we run to a cost policy. Cheap models do the research and drafting; premium models only do the final assembly on named client deliverables. The system quotes its own cost band before starting expensive work and asks before spending more.

Typical monthly running cost sits at £150–£300 in AI credits for a small business system, published in the Blueprint document alongside the Build price. No surprises.

How long does a Build take?

Typically six weeks from Blueprint sign-off, for one workflow done properly. We'd rather finish one thing than half-finish three.

Is our data secure?

Yes. Your data stays yours. We don't share it, and we don't train general models on it. Work runs under GDPR and standard commercial terms, and the Blueprint document sets out exactly which systems touch which data.

Where are you based?

Glasgow — 15 E Campbell St, twelve years in business. We work UK-wide and internationally, and we're happy to be in the room when it helps.

What if I want training rather than a Build?

Majic Training covers that, and it's available separately.

Two hours a day. Twenty hours a review. £497 to find out where yours are hiding.

One workflow properly wired-in beats ten half-built ones. Start with the Blueprint. If we build it for you, the £497 comes off the Build price.
